Luxe Wheels Auto Detail LLC is a professional auto detailing company based in Atlanta, Georgia, offering services including but not limited to: exterior paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), interior detailing and sanitization, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, window tinting, custom vehicle wrapping, and aircraft and marine detailing.
3. Services & Appointments
Booking: All appointments may be requested through our website, by phone at 470-900-8795, or via email at Info@luxewheelsautodetail.com. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Luxe Wheels.
Service Scope: The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.
Mobile Services: For mobile detailing appointments, the client is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and legal location for our team to work. Luxe Wheels reserves the right to refuse service at a location deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to decline or modify services if a vehicle’s condition presents risks to our staff or equipment, or if performing the requested service may damage the vehicle.
4. Pricing & Payment
Quoted Prices: All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service options. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Packages & Promotions: Promotional offers (such as the 10% discount for brand-new vehicles) are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
Customer Satisfaction: We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will work to address the concern.
Vehicle Liability: Luxe Wheels takes great care in handling your vehicle. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge that pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, dents, stains, rust, fading, etc.) documented before service begins is not the responsibility of Luxe Wheels. We are not liable for any mechanical issues unrelated to our services.
Ceramic Coating & PPF: Results from coatings and protection films depend in part on the vehicle’s pre-existing condition and ongoing maintenance by the owner. Luxe Wheels makes no guarantee of specific longevity beyond what is stated in any written service warranty provided at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Wheels Auto Detail LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
